Who is organising the Summer School
The Summer School for AI and Machine Learning in Healthcare is organised by the Cambridge Centre for AI in Medicine and the University of Cambridge.
Is my background suitable?
We are open to participants from a wide range of backgrounds, including students and clinicians, with differing levels of familiarity with AI and machine learning. We will offer a variety of sessions and aim to structure individual slots to make them accessible for both beginners and experienced attendees.
Are the tickets non-refundable?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund tickets in case you cannot attend the event.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, you can pay by invoice if that is the most convenient way for you and your institution. Please contact us via our email for details.
How can I apply for financial assistance?
If you are a student in need of support in order to participate in our Summer School, you can apply for our hardship fund. Scholarships are limited: send us an email with your CV and a letter of motivation until the end of 31 July.
Will the Summer School be in person or online?
The Summer School will be completely online and held via Zoom.
Will the sessions be recorded?
The Summer School will NOT be recorded.
I am in a different time zone. Can I still attend the Summer School?
Yes! Our complete program will be offered remotely online. We will make sure to publish our timetable with full information about different time zones – you can join in easily from wherever you are.
Will I get a certificate of completion in the end?
Yes! After last year, we streamlined the process so you will get an official certificate from the Cambridge Centre for AI in Medicine.
